Megan Thee Stallion has officially welcomed October with a look that fans have come to expect every spooky season.
The Houston rapper returned to her pumpkin head tradition on Oct. 2, sharing a fresh set of Halloween themed photos. The latest shoot continues a tradition that began in 2021 and has become one of her most recognizable seasonal moments.
Megan brings back a familiar Halloween look
Megan first introduced the pumpkin head concept in 2021. She later brought it back in 2022, 2023 and 2024. In 2025, she added Halloween themed nail art to the look.
This year, celebrity hairstylist Kellon Deryck joined her for the shoot. The photos show Megan wearing a carved pumpkin over her head while enjoying the playful side of the season. TMZ’s gallery includes 21 photos from the latest shoot.
The tradition has become closely linked with the start of October for many of her fans. Her latest appearance gives Hotties another reason to look forward to what she has planned for the rest of the month.

Why Megan’s pumpkin tradition keeps returning
The pumpkin head look has lasted because it feels different from a standard celebrity Halloween post.
Each year gives Megan another chance to put her own spin on the idea. The latest photos continue that pattern while keeping the central concept familiar.
Her 2026 return also arrived one day after the start of October. That timing caught the attention of fans who had grown used to seeing the tradition arrive right away. Billboard reported that Megan addressed the delay on Instagram Stories and said she had been working on Oct. 1. The response suggests that fans were paying attention to the tradition even before the new photos appeared.
Megan has more than Halloween on her calendar
The pumpkin photos arrive during an active period for Megan’s music career.
Earlier this week, she brought back her Tina Snow persona with the Tina Tuesday Freestyle. She has also continued to tease her upcoming Act: III album. Billboard reported that she has not released an official single in 2026, although she recently appeared on Dolly Babe’s Pink Blush (Remix). For now, though, the focus is firmly on Hottieween.
Megan’s annual pumpkin appearance has become part of her October routine. With the latest photos now online, fans have another sign that her version of spooky season has officially arrived.
