NBC has released official trailers for St. Denis Medical Season 3 and The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins Season 2 ahead of their November premieres. Both comedies return Monday, November 2, bringing new workplace chaos, relationship drama and a fresh attempt at redemption.
The network will kick off its Monday comedy lineup with St. Denis Medical at 8 p.m. ET. The Season 2 premiere of The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins will follow at 8:30 p.m. ET.
St. Denis Medical Season 3 brings new hospital drama
The new season of St. Denis Medical will return viewers to an underfunded and understaffed hospital in Oregon. The mockumentary follows doctors and nurses who work hard to care for patients while managing the challenges of their own lives.
However, Season 3 will bring fresh complications to the emergency department. Romantic entanglements and personal struggles will put relationships under pressure, pushing some employees to their limits.
The series blends workplace comedy with the everyday challenges of hospital staff. As the team navigates difficult situations, the new season promises more personal conflicts and unpredictable moments.
Wendi McLendon-Covey, David Alan Grier, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Kahyun Kim, Mekki Leeper and Kaliko Kauahi will return as series regulars.
Eric Ledgin serves as showrunner and executive producer. Justin Spitzer, Simon Heuer, Bridget Kyle and Vicky Luu also serve as executive producers.
Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, produces the series alongside More Bees, Inc. and Spitzer Holding Company. The production filmed in Los Angeles on the Universal backlot.
Reggie Dinkins returns for Season 2

Meanwhile, The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins will return with another chapter in the comeback journey of former football star Reggie Dinkins, played by Tracy Morgan.
Reggie continues to pursue redemption with help from documentarian Arthur Tobin, played by Daniel Radcliffe. Although the unlikely pair hopes to move forward, their efforts often lead to more trouble.
Season 2 will also feature new characters who could influence Reggie’s comeback. Boris Kodjoe and Jeremy Culhane join the story, alongside NBC sportscaster Mike Tirico, who will play himself.
Kodjoe will portray Leslie “LP” Pervis, Monica’s new love interest. LP was once a dorky child prodigy who attended college with Monica and Reggie. He has since become a successful, jet-setting entrepreneur.
Culhane will play Max, Monica’s Gen Z assistant. Max holds a master’s degree in marketing but must navigate a difficult job market. Monica plans to put his public relations skills to work as she helps Reggie rebuild his public image.
The returning cast includes Erika Alexander, Bobby Moynihan, Precious Way and Jalyn Hall, alongside Morgan and Radcliffe.
Tina Fey and Robert Carlock lead the comedy
The series features a creative team that includes executive producers Tina Fey, Robert Carlock, Sam Means, Tracy Morgan, Eric Gurian and David Miner. Carlock and Means also serve as writers and executive producers.
Universal Television produces the comedy alongside Little Stranger, Bevel Gears, 3 Arts and Means End Productions.
With Reggie still chasing his former glory, the new season will explore the challenges of rebuilding a career and repairing a public reputation. The documentary format also keeps Arthur closely involved in Reggie’s attempts to change his story.
When to watch NBC’s Monday comedies
Both comedies will premiere on Monday, November 2, 2026, on NBC.
St. Denis Medical Season 3 will air at 8 p.m. ET, followed by The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins Season 2 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
The two returning shows offer different takes on personal struggles and second chances.
