The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Eva Marcille is facing a lawsuit from her Georgia homeowners association, which claims she failed to follow neighborhood maintenance rules and pay related fines.
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the association says Marcille received multiple notices about alleged violations at her Atlanta-area home. The HOA is seeking more than $22,000 in past assessments and fines.
The association also wants a judge to order Marcille to address the reported issues and comply with neighborhood maintenance standards.
What does the HOA allege about Eva Marcille?
The lawsuit lists several alleged property maintenance violations. These include failing to treat weeds, mow the lawn and remove inoperable vehicles from the driveway.
The HOA also claims Marcille failed to keep vehicle registrations current and store trash cans out of public view.
According to the filing, the association gave Marcille opportunities to correct the issues and comply with its rules. However, it alleges that she did not resolve them.
The claims have not been established in court. TMZ reported that Marcille had not responded to the lawsuit as of its Oct. 17 report.

Marcille’s home has also drawn attention for its size and value. TMZ described the property as a five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion worth approximately $1.8 million.
The lawsuit now places the property’s upkeep at the center of a legal dispute. The HOA is asking the court to require Marcille to address the alleged violations, in addition to paying the amount it claims she owes.
What happens next in the lawsuit?
The case will depend on the legal process and any response Marcille or her representatives may file. The HOA’s allegations alone do not establish that she violated its rules or owes the full amount sought.
For now, the association is pursuing both financial relief and an order requiring changes to the property. Marcille’s response to the lawsuit had not been reported at the time of publication.
