“Love & Marriage Huntsville” returns with explosive new episodes

Feb. 25, 2026 / Entertainment / Author: Praise Swint

OWN’s NAACP Image Award nominated series Love & Marriage: Huntsville is set to return with 15 new episodes beginning March 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, ushering in another season of high-stakes relationships and business tensions among the tight-knit Alabama circle.

The reality hit, which follows longtime friends and couples navigating love, loyalty and ambition in Huntsville, Alabama, continues its run after earning a nomination for Outstanding Reality Program at the 2026 NAACP Image Awards. The show has steadily built a devoted audience, becoming a Saturday night staple for the network.

Here are five intense storylines viewers can expect when the new season premieres.

The Fletchers confront a business setback

Chris and Nell Fletcher enter the season facing serious professional turbulence after Chris’ real estate license is suspended. The development forces the couple to evaluate how the change could affect their multiple ventures and long-term financial stability. As they attempt to regroup, the pressure tests both their partnership and their business strategy.

Ken and Tricia navigate social media rumors

Latricia Reedus and Ken Lee find their relationship under scrutiny amid speculation circulating online. Rumors suggesting that boundaries may have been crossed in private messages add strain to their dynamic. As social media chatter intensifies, the couple must determine how to protect their bond while addressing public perception.

Destiny Payton revisits her childhood

Destiny Payton opens up about deeply personal experiences, including her time in foster care while her mother struggled with addiction. This season documents her emotional preparation to meet her siblings for the first time. The journey adds a vulnerable layer to her storyline, highlighting themes of healing and reconnection.

LaTisha Scott and Destiny’s trust issues resurface

Lingering tension between LaTisha Scott and Destiny threatens to reignite old conflicts. Questions about loyalty and past misunderstandings bubble to the surface, creating friction within the broader friend group. As conversations grow more pointed, the balance between reconciliation and rivalry remains uncertain.

The Scotts and Holt continue evolving dynamics

Maurice and Kimmi Scott, along with Marsau and LaTisha Scott and Martell Holt, remain central to the ensemble’s evolving friendships and disagreements. Longstanding bonds are tested as business ambitions intersect with personal relationships, keeping emotions elevated across the group.

In 2025, Love & Marriage: Huntsville marked its fifth consecutive year as Saturday night’s top original cable series among African American women ages 25-54 and women 18 and older. The performance reinforced OWN’s stronghold in key demographics and cemented the show’s place as one of the network’s defining franchises.

Produced by Kingdom Reign Entertainment in association with ITV America, the series is executive produced by Carlos King, a veteran in the reality television space. Under his leadership, the show has leaned into layered storytelling that blends romance, entrepreneurship and interpersonal conflict.

OWN, launched in 2011 as a joint venture between Harpo Inc. and Warner Bros. Discovery, continues to expand its slate of unscripted programming while maintaining a focus on stories that center community and culture. The network remains accessible across streaming platforms including HBO Max, discovery+ and WatchOWN.tv.

With 15 new episodes ahead, the return of Love & Marriage: Huntsville promises another chapter of candid conversations, fractured alliances and efforts to rebuild trust, all unfolding against the backdrop of Huntsville’s growing business scene.
