The Give & Get Fit event attracts hundreds of health-conscious metro Detroiters of all ages each year. Participants will be joined by RWF Founder and WDIV Local 4 morning anchor Rhonda Walker.

We are thrilled to welcome this year’s Grand Marshals, Lance Woods, Co-Founder of WeRun313, and Candice Davis Price, Founder and Executive Director of WildChild Athletics who are recipients of the Annual RWF Community Game Changer Award.
“We are so excited to celebrate 15 years of Give and Get Fit. It is all about the vital importance of health and wellness in our community,” said Rhonda Walker, RWF Founder. “With the generous support of our sponsors and exhibitors, we’re able to give metro Detroiters a fun, educational experience that encourages them to focus on fitness and give back to Detroit youth.”
In addition, the event is supported by local sponsors such as Raymond James, Meijer, Karmanos Cancer Institute, MGM Grand Detroit, Stellantis, General Dynamics, Kapnick Insurance Group, and a host of exhibitors representing local wellness companies and fitness studios.
Over the past 15 years, the Give & Get Fit Weekend has raised more than $500K for RWF’s Girls into Women program, which includes a program pillar focused on health and wellness. Hundreds of teen girls have participated in the five-year program since its inception in 2003.
