Fans expecting to see Usher and Chris Brown take over Baltimore this month have a change of plans to consider. Their scheduled concert at M&T Bank Stadium on Oct. 17 has been listed as canceled by Ticketmaster, adding to a growing list of affected dates on the R&B Tour.
The cancellation comes as other stops have disappeared from the tour schedule, raising questions about what lies ahead for the two singers’ stadium run.
Ticketmaster lists the Baltimore event, billed as The R&B Tour — Starring Usher Raymond & Chris Brown, as canceled. The date also no longer appears on Live Nation’s tour listings or the stadium’s event calendar.
Neither Ticketmaster, Live Nation nor M&T Bank Stadium had publicly provided a specific reason for the Baltimore cancellation as of Friday night, Oct. 9. No rescheduled date had been announced.
Which R&B Tour dates have been canceled?
Baltimore is not the only city affected. The Cincinnati concert scheduled for Oct. 24 at Paycor Stadium has also been reported as canceled. The Indianapolis date, set for Oct. 31, and the Columbia, South Carolina, show scheduled for Oct. 29, have likewise disappeared from the tour schedule.
The changes come even as other performances remain listed. Usher and Brown were scheduled to perform in Houston before heading to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Oct. 15. Atlanta remains listed for Nov. 5.
Fans should check their specific event and ticket provider for the latest updates, since the status of one show does not automatically confirm changes to every remaining date.

Is Chris Brown’s London court case connected?
The canceled dates have drawn attention because Brown is due to be sentenced in London on Oct. 26 after pleading guilty to affray. The charge stems from a 2023 nightclub incident involving music producer Abe Diaw.
Brown’s legal proceedings have fueled questions about whether the case could affect his touring schedule. However, no official announcement has confirmed that the Baltimore, Cincinnati, Indianapolis or Columbia cancellations are directly connected to his sentencing.
A statement from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis said the promoter had canceled select dates after an extensive run of sold-out stadium shows, citing the health and well-being of the touring party and crew. The statement did not identify the specific circumstances behind each canceled show.
How can ticket holders get refunds?
Ticketmaster has indicated that refunds for canceled events will be returned to the original method of payment once it receives the funds from the event organizer. For the Cincinnati show, the company said refunds should appear within 14 to 21 days after those funds are received.
The Baltimore event page had not displayed the same refund notice in the information available Friday night. Ticket holders should check their Ticketmaster accounts and watch for official updates before taking further action.
What happens to the rest of the tour?
For now, fans waiting for upcoming performances will have to follow official tour announcements. The removal of several dates has created uncertainty, but the remaining shows should not be considered canceled unless the promoter or ticketing platform confirms a change.
With Baltimore among the affected cities, fans are left waiting for answers about the show they expected to see on Oct. 17.
