Coming off a big weekend at the JUNO Awards, Toronto R&B artist Daniel Caesar has announced a sweeping North American tour in support of his latest album, Son of Spergy and Canadian fans are getting a full arena run of their own.
The Canadian leg of the tour spans seven cities and takes place across the first half of August 2026. It follows a string of spring dates across Asia and a U.S. run through July, making it the final stretch of what is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious touring schedules of Caesar’s career.
The 7 Canadian cities on Daniel Caesar’s 2026 tour
Fans from coast to coast will have a chance to catch Caesar live, with arena shows planned in these cities: 1) Toronto, 2) Ottawa, 3) Montreal, 4) Winnipeg, 5) Edmonton, 6) Calgary and 7) Vancouver.
The Toronto date at Scotiabank Arena on August 2 will feature Faye Webster as the opening act. All remaining Canadian shows will be opened by 070 Shake, who joins the tour for the bulk of the run from Ottawa through to the end of the North American leg.
Full Canadian tour dates
The seven Canadian shows are scheduled as follows: August 2 in Toronto at Scotiabank Arena, August 5 in Ottawa at Canadian Tire Centre, August 6 in Montreal at Bell Centre, August 10 in Winnipeg at Canada Life Centre, August 13 in Edmonton at Rogers Place, August 14 in Calgary at Scotiabank Saddledome and August 16 in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.
How to get tickets
An artist presale launches Thursday, April 2, at 10 a.m. local time. General public tickets go on sale the following day, Friday, April 3, also at 10 a.m. local time.
A big moment for Caesar
The tour announcement comes just days after Caesar took home two JUNO Awards at this past weekend’s ceremony, adding to an already impressive stretch for the acclaimed singer-songwriter. With a coast-to-coast Canadian run, a U.S. arena tour and Asian festival appearances all on the same itinerary, the Son of Spergy era is clearly hitting its stride.
