Dario Pallini claims the Bad Boys actress broke into his home twice and threatened him
A temporary restraining order is now in place against actress Theresa Randle after her former partner filed a petition detailing two separate incidents at his home. A judge granted the order and set a hearing date for June 23.
What the petition claims
Dario Pallini, who says he dated Randle for two years before their 2024 split, filed the petition describing a series of alleged incidents. He claims that on June 1, he returned home to find Randle inside his property without permission. According to the filing, she was in his closet with his dog and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. He says she expressed surprise at seeing him and suggested she had expected him to be elsewhere.
Pallini says he told her to leave. He claims she became verbally aggressive and then threw a can of vegetables at him, striking him in the head. He says he called police, who removed her from the property. Despite that, he says he fears she will return.
A second incident also detailed
The petition also describes an earlier incident on May 18. Pallini claims he woke up to find Randle inside his apartment again. He says her behavior suggested she was under the influence, and that she made threats against him before picking up a pole from his medical bed and swinging it at his head. He says the pole struck his shoulder before he was able to take it from her. He says she was arrested that night as well.
Pallini closed his filing by telling the judge that Randle is struggling with addiction and needs professional help.
A pattern of legal trouble
This is not the first time Randle has faced legal issues in recent years. In March, police booked her on a felony corporal injury charge, though that case was later dropped. Before that, she faced assault charges following an October 2024 arrest, but the district attorney did not pursue that case either.
Randle is known for her roles in Bad Boys and Malcolm X. Neither she nor a representative has publicly responded to the claims in the petition.
