A boxer’s search for revenge takes him into a dangerous world of crime, power and betrayal in Fightland, the upcoming original series from Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.
STARZ released the official trailer for the action-packed drama, which premieres July 31 exclusively on STARZ. The series follows a fighter whose mission to settle an old score becomes the biggest battle of his life.
A boxer returns with revenge on his mind
The trailer introduces Duke, a boxer who once had everything he wanted before one devastating moment changed his life forever.
“Eight years ago, I had everything that I wanted,” Duke says in the trailer. “And in one moment, Kingsley took everything from me. Now I’m gonna take everything away from him.”
Duke’s comeback is not just about stepping back into the ring. Instead, his fight extends beyond boxing as he targets the person he believes destroyed his life.
The trailer shows Duke preparing for a dangerous mission while making it clear that his determination comes from years of anger and loss.
A boxing empire faces scandal and chaos
Alongside Duke’s personal battle, Fightland explores the world surrounding Marshall Promotions, a powerful force in boxing.
The company faces serious accusations when a reporter questions whether the organization is being used to launder drug money. The confrontation hints at a larger criminal network operating behind the scenes.
As tensions rise, the disappearance of Kingsley creates even more uncertainty. With no one knowing where he has been for months, control of the family business shifts to those left behind.
Family, loyalty and betrayal collide
The trailer introduces Cebella, who takes charge after her father’s disappearance. She insists that everything is under control, but problems quickly begin to surface.
The family suffers a major financial blow after losing £3.5 million worth of product. As members of the network begin losing money, suspicion spreads among those closest to them.
One warning in the trailer suggests that the conflict is not simply about business.
“Because this ain’t about business to them, it’s personal,” Zeek says.
That line captures the central tension of the series, where loyalty and revenge appear to matter more than money or power.
Duke prepares for his final fight
While the criminal world around him continues to collapse, Duke remains focused on his mission.
“I’m focused. And fearless. And I never stop,” he says.
The trailer builds toward a violent showdown as Duke declares, “This ends today.”
However, the series also explores the emotional cost of life inside the fight game. Colman delivers a warning that fighters cannot always control when they leave the sport, only how they make their exit.
“We don’t get to choose when we leave the fight game,” he says. “We only get to choose how you leave the fight game.”
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson brings another crime drama to STARZ
Fightland continues Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s partnership with STARZ, bringing another gritty drama centered on ambition, survival and power struggles.
With boxing at its center, the series blends sports, crime and family conflict into a story about one man’s pursuit of justice and revenge.
As Duke prepares for his biggest battle yet, Fightland asks whether winning the fight is enough when the real war is happening outside the ring.
Premiere date: July 31, exclusively on STARZ.
