Stefon Diggs accuser denies dating rumors after celebrity stylist Chris Blake Griffith addressed speculation surrounding his relationship with the NFL wide receiver.
During an interview with DJ Vlad, Griffith said the rumors were false and insisted that he and Diggs never had a romantic relationship. His comments come as his civil lawsuit against the football player remains ongoing.
Griffith said he wanted to make his position clear after online speculation gained traction.
“I am straight and heterosexual,” Griffith said during the interview. He added that he has never been involved in a romantic relationship with another man.
Viral photo fueled speculation
Griffith believes much of the speculation began after a mirror selfie featuring him and Diggs circulated on social media.
The photo showed the pair posing together while shopping. Diggs wore a light blue puffer jacket, while Griffith appeared in a black hoodie and sweatpants.
After the image went viral, many social media users suggested the two were more than friends.
Griffith rejected those claims and said people formed conclusions based only on the photograph.
Griffith says Diggs often paid while shopping
Although Griffith denied any romantic involvement, he described their relationship as one in which Diggs frequently covered shopping expenses.
According to Griffith, he never paid for items when they visited luxury stores together.
He also suggested that members of Diggs’ inner circle may have become jealous because they were not receiving similar treatment.
Griffith maintained that these shopping trips did not indicate a romantic relationship.
Lawsuit against Diggs remains active
Griffith’s interview comes as he continues pursuing legal action against Diggs.
The stylist alleges that Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him during an incident at the player’s home in 2023.
He also previously claimed that Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs, and several other men assaulted him. Griffith further alleged that more than $100,000 worth of property was stolen from his Los Angeles apartment building shortly afterward in an attempt to discourage him from speaking publicly.
Court records indicate that Griffith has since dropped his claims against Darez Diggs and the apartment complex involved in the earlier filing.
Griffith plans defamation lawsuit
Griffith also addressed recent social media posts from Diggs, who accused him of lying and stealing.
The stylist denied those accusations and said he now plans to pursue a separate defamation lawsuit over the posts.
Diggs has publicly denied Griffith’s allegations. The civil case remains pending, and the claims made by both sides have not been proven in court.
As legal proceedings continue, both Griffith and Diggs are expected to present their cases through the judicial process.
