Megan Thee Stallion is celebrating another major career milestone after earning nine new RIAA certifications for some of her biggest songs.
The Houston rapper added several platinum and gold records to her growing collection. The latest honors also include her first Diamond certification for “WAP,” her hit collaboration with Cardi B.
Megan Thee Stallion earns major RIAA honors
Among the newly certified songs, Megan’s breakout hit “Savage” has reached 6x Platinum status. The track remains one of the defining songs of her career and helped cement her position as one of hip-hop’s biggest stars.
Meanwhile, “Body” and “Girls in the Hood” have each reached 3x Platinum status. Her collaboration with Yuki Chiba, “Mamushi,” also earned a Platinum certification.
Several tracks from Megan’s Act II era also received new recognition. “Cobra” and “BOA” are now officially Gold-certified by the RIAA.

The biggest milestone may be “WAP,” which Megan recorded with Cardi B. The song has now earned Diamond certification, meaning it has achieved at least 10 million certified units in the United States.
Released in 2020, “WAP” became a major cultural moment and topped the Billboard Hot 100. The collaboration also earned widespread attention for its bold lyrics and visual presentation.
For Megan, the Diamond plaque adds another major accomplishment to an already decorated career.
Megan prepares for her next era
The new certifications arrive as Megan looks toward her next chapter. The rapper has been teasing Act III while also hinting at the return of her Tina Snow alter ego.
Although fans are eagerly waiting for the next project, Megan has not announced an official release date for Act III.
She has also made moves to strengthen her independence in the music business. Megan recently signed a distribution deal with Interscope Records that allows her to retain ownership of her publishing and master recordings.
