NAHMIAS is bringing its California approach to Detroit with a new three piece collection made with Fanatics and the Detroit Tigers.
The limited capsule launched Aug. 21 through Fanatics and NAHMIAS. It is part of the Los Angeles menswear label’s Miracle Academy collection, which connects sport, education and community.
The collaboration arrives as baseball merchandise continues to move beyond traditional jerseys and caps. Fanatics already carries thousands of Detroit Tigers products across clothing and accessories. The NAHMIAS release gives that fan culture a more fashion focused direction.
NAHMIAS puts community into the collection
The collection also carries a purpose beyond clothing.
NAHMIAS founder and creative director Doni Nahmias created Miracle Academy as a youth focused initiative. Its work centers on athletics, education, mentorship and personal development. A portion of sales from the Miracle Academy clothing line supports those efforts. That gives the new Detroit collaboration a direct connection to the initiative.

The Detroit launch also included a community event at Comerica Park on Aug. 12. Nahmias joined Tigers pitcher Jack Flaherty for programming tied to the collection.
Young participants received pieces from the collaboration through an RBI Kids gifting activation. The event later moved onto the field, where Nahmias threw a ceremonial first pitch with Flaherty catching. The moment gave the capsule a local connection before shoppers could buy it.

Detroit gets a California fashion perspective
The collaboration also reflects how sportswear has changed.
Team apparel now sits alongside everyday fashion, especially when brands bring their own design language to established sports identities. Fanatics has continued expanding its Detroit Tigers assortment across jerseys, shirts, hats and lifestyle pieces.

NAHMIAS enters that space from a different angle. Instead of treating the Tigers identity as only game day clothing, the brand places it inside a broader collection tied to ambition, athletics and youth culture. That makes the three piece capsule more than another addition to the team merchandise market.

For Detroit fans, it offers another way to wear the Tigers. For NAHMIAS, it extends the brand into one of baseball’s most recognizable markets while keeping Miracle Academy connected to the release.
The collection is available through Fanatics and NAHMIAS.com while supplies last.
