Heart & Hustle Houston season 2 is almost here, and the stakes are higher than ever. OWN’s hit docuseries returns Saturday, May 30 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, before moving to its regular 8 p.m. ET/PT timeslot beginning June 20. The new season follows the same group of Black women navigating love, ambition and entrepreneurship in Houston, Texas. This time, however, the bonds that once held the group together are under serious strain, and the fallout is far from over.
Heart & Hustle Houston season 2 cast and storylines
All six original cast members return for the new season. Each woman enters it carrying the weight of last season’s explosive fallout, which has divided the group into opposing factions. As they attempt to rebuild, new tensions continue to surface. Here is a look at what each woman is facing this season.
Chloe Cooke is navigating a pivotal moment in her relationship with boyfriend Jordan, who is planning a proposal. Revelations from his past and family concerns about their 17-year age gap are creating doubt. Professionally, she is working to reignite her passion for event planning while questioning whether her former life still brings her fulfillment.
La’Torria Lemon is still processing grief after losing her father. The public relations powerhouse is working to define a new path forward while also finding herself caught in the middle of group tensions after agreeing to help plan Jordan’s proposal to Chloe.
LeBrina Jackson built her identity around being the group’s caretaker. That role is shifting. The elite spa owner now discovers that some women she considered close friends have labeled her a “mean girl,” forcing her to reassess her place within the sisterhood.
Muneera Page presents a polished image as an influential content creator with hundreds of brand partnerships. Behind the scenes, her marriage to Norm is facing strain. She is working to revive their emotional connection while also confronting how her parents’ troubled relationship shaped her own emotional patterns. Her goal this season is to break generational cycles and lean into vulnerability.
Roe Grady-Pichardo remains a commanding presence in Houston’s nightlife and restaurant scene. As a single mother, she is navigating a complicated co-parenting relationship with her ex, Jayvon. When he returns to Houston, unresolved emotions resurface and threaten the progress she has made.
Alaina Saulsberry built Color du Jour into a beauty empire rooted in empowerment. This season, her personal life takes center stage as she and her husband Josh navigate a separation and impending divorce. She is working through long-standing emotional wounds and stepping into a new chapter with renewed focus and clarity.
What to expect from the new season
Heart & Hustle Houston season 2 picks up in the aftermath of an explosive group fallout. The women are divided, alliances have shifted and trust is in short supply. At the same time, the grind continues. Each cast member is pressing forward professionally while working through deeply personal challenges. The combination of business ambition and emotional reckoning has defined the series from the start, and the second season leans further into both.
