Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, the British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer known as Denisi or Ego, has died at 43. A UK coroner linked his death to a cosmetic penis enhancement procedure in Thailand.
Ubiribo traveled to Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, in March 2026. During the trip, he underwent a cosmetic procedure at an unnamed Thai clinic.
According to evidence presented at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, the procedure involved 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. A coroner later ruled that the treatment caused a fatal pulmonary embolism.

Ubiribo reportedly experienced serious symptoms shortly after the procedure.
He and his wife went for a massage after the treatment. During the massage, he complained of chest pain and fainted twice.
An ambulance then took Ubiribo to Sukhumvit Hospital in Bangkok. He initially remained responsive and answered questions from medical staff.
His wife told doctors about the filler injections. However, Ubiribo later lost consciousness before doctors could perform a recommended CT scan.
Doctors determined that he had suffered a pulmonary embolism. The condition occurs when a blood vessel supplying the lungs becomes blocked.

Medical staff moved Ubiribo to intensive care after his condition worsened.
Doctors performed CPR for more than 100 minutes in an attempt to save him. However, he died in the early hours of March 6, 2026.
A postmortem examination in the United Kingdom later provided more information about the cause of death. Investigators found cellular material in his lungs that matched the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.
