
The new season brings together actors, athletes, reality stars, musicians and social media personalities. In addition, the celebrities will compete with professional dancers for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
The season premieres Tuesday, September 15, on ABC. It will begin with a two-night premiere event that continues Wednesday, September 16.

Maura Higgins Leads a Reality TV Crossover
Maura Higgins entered the cast after appearances on The Traitors and Love Island.
She was the first Season 35 contestant announced during Hulu’s April upfront presentation. Higgins will compete with Mark Ballas, who returns as her professional partner.
Similarly, Ciara Miller joins the season after her appearance on The Traitors and Summer House.
She will dance with Brandon Armstrong.
Guillermo Rodriguez Gets a New Dance Challenge
Guillermo Rodriguez will also step onto the ballroom floor.
The Jimmy Kimmel Live! personality will compete with Witney Carson. Carson enters Season 35 as the defending champion after winning the previous season with Robert Irwin.
Jackson Olson will also trade baseball dirt for the ballroom.
The Savannah Bananas player and TikTok personality will dance with Emma Slater. He previously admitted that moving on a ballroom floor feels very different from playing on a baseball field.
New Pros Join the Dancing With the Stars Lineup
Season 35 also introduces fresh professional talent.
Adele Zaikman earned her place on the main show after winning Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro on August 31. She will partner with Conner Leavitt.
Sharna Burgess also returns to the show after a five-year break. She will compete with Tyler Cameron.
As a result, the new season blends returning favorites with newer faces.
Who Are the Dancing With the Stars Judges?
The judging panel will remain unchanged.
Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli will return for Season 35. All three have served as the show’s main judges since Season 29.
Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro will also return as co-hosts.
However, Season 35 will not have a separate results show.
Instead, ABC will continue airing the series on Tuesday nights after premiere week.

Dancing With the Stars Season 35 premieres Tuesday, September 15, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
The premiere will continue the following night, Wednesday, September 16, at the same time.
Afterward, the show will return to its regular Tuesday schedule.
With a diverse celebrity cast, familiar judges and new professional partnerships, Season 35 is set to bring another round of ballroom competition to television.
