Before Super Bowl 60 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks, the NFL Honors will spotlight players, coaches, and standout moments that defined the season.
Hosted by Emmy-winning actor Jon Hamm, the event will feature awards from Most Valuable Player to the Salute to Service Award, along with honors recognizing community impact, rookies, and statistical excellence. Fans can watch the ceremony live from the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco on NBC and the NFL Network, with streaming available via Peacock and NFL+.

Key awards and finalists
The 2025 NFL Honors will recognize five players and five coaches in top categories, highlighting the season’s most impressive performances.
Most Valuable Player candidates include Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye, Bills quarterback Josh Allen, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, and Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Coach of the Year finalists are Bears coach Ben Johnson, Jaguars coach Liam Coen, Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan, and Patriots coach Mike Vrabel.
Offensive Player of the Year nominees feature Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, Falcons running back Bijan Robinson, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.
Defensive Player of the Year candidates include Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr., Broncos linebacker Nik Bonitto, Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, and Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons.
Rookie awards highlight emerging stars. Offensive rookies include Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart, Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson, Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, and Saints quarterback Tyler Shough. Defensive rookie nominees are Giants linebacker Abdul Carter, Seahawks safety Nick Emmanwori, Falcons defensive end James Pearce Jr., Browns linebacker Carson Schwesinger, and Falcons safety Xavier Watts.
The Comeback Player of the Year category recognizes Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson, Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence, 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, and Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Assistant coaches in contention include Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores, Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph, Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, and Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
More than just MVP
In addition to on-field awards, the ceremony will honor significant contributions off the field. The show will recognize the Next Gen Stats Moment of the Year, Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, NFL Inspire Change Tribute, Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025, FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year, and the Salute to Service Award presented by USAA.
