Running from March 6 through April 27, 2026, the fan-favorite festival is serving up an expanded menu of limited-time bites, beverages, and experiences across Disney California Adventure Park.

At California Craft Brews, guests can try Chicharrón nachos topped with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde. Paradise Garden Grill introduces Pork chile verde chalupas filled with pork in salsa verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco, served alongside Spanish rice and refried beans.
Sweet options are also plentiful. Terran Treats offers a Pandan latte churro rolled in coffee sugar and topped with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut shavings. Uncork California presents a Mickey-shaped macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces and filled with caramel ganache. Peppers Cali-ente elevates comfort food with ramen mac & cheese enriched with furikake crumble, fish cake, green onions, and chile crunch.
Sip and savor with intention
For guests who want to complement their dishes with beverages, Sonoma Terrace hosts curated tastings and educational seminars led by industry experts. From hand-crafted cocktails to California wines, the sessions provide an elevated drinking experience for those looking to sip with intention. Reservations are required and can be booked online.
The festival’s Sip & Savor Pass also makes it easy to explore multiple dishes and beverages. Available in four- or eight-coupon options, the pass can be shared among friends or stretched across multiple visits, allowing attendees to sample more flavors without missing any highlights.
