Meet Brittany Alexis, the Millennial Black Founder redefining productivity by turning chaos into this “must-have” app

Mar. 22, 2026 / Press Release / Author: Praise Swint

Most productivity apps are built by engineers solving a theoretical problem. My Never Ending To-Do List was built by a mother, entrepreneur, and creative professional solving her own problems. Brittany Alexis, a Detroit-based tech founder and branding expert, has launched a new mobile productivity app designed specifically for the kind of people who already have too much to do and too little time to do it — and at just $5.73, the price point is as practical as the product itself.

The app is available now on the Apple App Store, with an Android version coming soon.

The problem that started everything

Alexis built My Never Ending To-Do List from a place of genuine personal experience. As the founder of Brand Crush Monday, a creative agency helping entrepreneurs and businesses build powerful brands and digital platforms, she was already managing more than most people would consider manageable. Add motherhood and multiple creative projects to that picture and the result was a daily reality that millions of people across the country will immediately recognize — a mental load so full that simply remembering everything felt like a job in itself.

She looked at the productivity tools already available in the app stores and found them either too complex, too rigid, or too disconnected from the texture of real everyday life. So, she built something different. Something that started with the problem she actually had rather than the problem a product roadmap told her she should have.

What makes this app different from everything else

The philosophy behind My Never Ending To-Do List is refreshingly honest from the very name down to the last feature. This is not an app that promises to make your list disappear or transform you into a perfectly optimized version of yourself. It is an app that acknowledges the list is never really going to end and then gives you the best possible tools for navigating it anyway.

The platform offers users five core capabilities that address the most common daily productivity pain points.

  1. First, daily task tracking and organization gives users a clear and simple space to capture everything they need to do without the chaos of scattered notes and mental reminders.
  2. Second, a simple and intuitive user interface means anyone can get started immediately without a learning curve that adds to the overwhelm rather than reducing it.
  3. Third, productivity reminders help users stay on schedule throughout the day without having to constantly check back in manually.
  4. Fourth, tools specifically designed to reduce overwhelm and improve focus address the emotional dimension of a full to-do list, not just the logistical one.
  5. Fifth, a system built for real life rather than perfection gives users permission to manage their day as it actually is rather than as they wish it could be.

The founder bringing a decade of experience to the app space

Alexis is not a first-time entrepreneur taking a leap into the unknown. She brings more than a decade of experience in branding, design, digital strategy, and entrepreneurship to this launch, all of it rooted in the practical reality of building and running businesses rather than theorizing about them. Brand Crush Monday, her creative agency, has helped a wide range of entrepreneurs and businesses develop the kinds of strong brands and digital platforms that translate directly into growth and impact.

That background is visible throughout My Never Ending To-Do List in ways that go beyond the features. The app feels considered, purposeful, and human in a way that reflects someone who has spent years thinking seriously about how people actually work and what they actually need.

Where to find it

My Never Ending To-Do List is available now on the Apple App Store for $5.73. An Android version is in development and coming soon.
