OWN is launching two new digital series in July 2026, both built around female creators and designed to reach women who are already driving the cultural conversation online. Glow Up in 5 and Dating Download stream exclusively on OWN’s digital platforms and represent the network’s push into creator-led storytelling.
Both series are produced by Content.23 and Pauline Malcolm-Thornton’s BrandStory Architech. Together they reflect OWN’s broader goal of centering women’s voices across beauty, lifestyle and modern relationships.
Glow Up in 5 with Zoe Spencer
Glow Up in 5 premieres July 21. Actress and lifestyle creator Zoe Spencer hosts. The show drops her into timed beauty challenges with no preparation and no clues. Each episode, Spencer faces a surprise scenario and has five minutes to pull off a complete look, whether that means makeup, hair or skincare. The format is fast and unscripted, built on improvisation rather than polish.
Spencer brings an established following into the role. She has built her digital presence on humor, honesty and a willingness to be visibly imperfect on camera. The show leans into that quality rather than working around it. Each episode closes with either a Glow-Up, when the look lands, or a Blow-Up, when it does not. The honesty of the format is part of the appeal.

The show’s core message is that preparation and presence matter more than perfection. Spencer uses each challenge to demonstrate quick, practical techniques viewers can actually apply in real time.
Dating Download with Kendra G
Dating Download premieres July 29. Media personality Kendra G hosts under her self-given title of Kupid with a K. The show pairs ten women with the type of partner each said she wanted on paper. The provider. The entrepreneur. The soft guy. The reformed player.
The gap between the described ideal and the actual reaction is where the show lives. Chemistry does not follow a checklist, and Dating Download makes no attempt to pretend otherwise. Each pairing leads to a candid conversation followed by a single choice. Download and pursue the connection or Delete and walk away for good.

Kendra G frames the series around modern dating’s central tension. People in the digital age can describe exactly what they want and still miss it when it is standing in front of them. The show places that experience on screen with ten women across different generations, all navigating the same question.

What the two OWN series have in common
Both shows center women as participants and as decision-makers. Neither relies on dramatic editing or manufactured conflict as its main engine. Glow Up in 5 builds stakes around a timer. Dating Download builds them around a genuine choice. The two shows approach very different subjects but share the same commitment to letting women be seen clearly rather than filtered through a more conventional lens.
OWN launched in January 2011 as a joint venture between Harpo Inc. and Warner Bros. Discovery. The network streams through HBO Max, discovery+ and WatchOWN.tv across mobile and connected TV platforms.
